At The Edge Nails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please ensure all items are securely packed to maintain their professional quality during transit.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the unused items in their original retail packaging and include a copy of your invoice or the RMA form inside the box.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or send the package via a tracked courier service to our central warehouse facility.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
